Challenge

Jaiz Bank's customers needed a fully redesigned mobile banking experience that preserved Islamic finance principles while delivering the speed and convenience expected of modern digital banking.

Solution

I helped redesign and rebuild the app with a streamlined account selection experience, liveness-check onboarding, in-app card activation and PIN reset, and improved fund transfer flows — all presented in a refreshed, trust-building UI.
