Challenge

Sysserve needed a large-scale enterprise platform that could cover facility management, fleet, rentals, and asset sell-offs.

Solution

I led backend migration from Apache Struts 2 to Spring Boot, modernizing the entire system architecture, refactored legacy modules into loosely coupled, independently deployable backend services, built queue-based background processing systems for high-volume operational workflows, implemented distributed locking and cache synchronization for concurrent data integrity, developed RBAC systems and enterprise workflow orchestration features, and optimized database queries and indexing strategies for large-scale operational datasets.
